I was blown away by this cleanser – best I’ve ever tried. Not only does it help prevent breakouts when you use it regularly, my skin looks clearer, smoother and takes on an almost glow-y quality after each use. Whilst I regularly try new skincare products, I love this so much that I can’t see myself changing cleanser again for a long time!

I bought this based on the positive reviews, but I’m afraid the reviews mentioning breakouts after using this product were right. For the first time in my LIFE, I have experienced a facial cleanser that leaves the face feeling dirtier than before washing! It is very strange, but after (vigorous) rinsing, the surface of the skin still feels it has a layer of film/cream on it.. feels heavy and impossible to get rid of, unlike other facial cleansers which leave you feeling fresh and clean. And sure enough, the very next day I had zits popping out! I would return it if I could, or if I could be bothered with the hassle.

I don’t usually ever leave feedback, particularly negative, but I just felt so disappointed and annoyed having spent money on this. When used it to take make up off and wash my face it felt really thick and oily and when I looked in the mirror my face make up was still on. I splashed my face with water and went again with the face wash really scrubbing my face but my make up wouldn’t come off. When I took a cotton wool pad with some toner I had so much make up left on my face it was like I hadn’t used any face wash at all. I gave it a second go and the result was the same. I was hoping to find a cleanser that cleanses and removes make up like most cleansers, so if you are looking for a face wash that will remove make up I would not recommend this product.

I have really sensitive skin and have never been able to use a cleanser, even if it’s made for sensitive skin. I bought this because I heard that Burt’s Bees is really good for sensitive skin, half expecting to not be able to use it. However I was really surprised when I did a patch test and my skin was fine. I’ve been using this for over a month, every 3-4 days and my skin is super soft and clear. Could not be happier, and would recommend to anyone who has sensitive skin.

I’ve always struggled finding face cleansers as I have very bad acne and a lot of skin products tend to irritate it. This was great as it uses all natural ingredients, so there’s no harsh chemicals. It didn’t make my skin worse, and it always removed all my makeup at the end of the day 🙂
I definitely recommend this product if you have really sensitive skin like I do!
