The mat came earlier then expected. I only used it twice but I felt relaxed afterwards. When I step on the mat barefoot for 5 minutes, I felt that it gave me energy and I liked the sensation (it felt like reflexology).
So far, In recommended it! Can’t wait to see if my back pain gets better soon.

I found the mat difficult to use at first and still usually wear a light t-shirt on it as I have sensitive skin. It’s a really nice addition to a meditation practice and I often find myself falling asleep on it!

I love the product but expected to receive the travel mat as well. As far as I can understand, once I finish this review I will be receiving the travel mat as well?! Looking forward to receiving the travel size. It will be very helpful as I do have a lot of back pain and have heard great things about this product.
