    I put this in my coffee in the morning. I like it. It makes my coffee have more depth of flavor. I’m not sure if it’s working, in terms of its supposed adaptogen qualities, but it does provide noticable fiber.

    I’m in love with the Kos brand! I’ve been wanting to incorporate reishi into my daily regime ( and into my daughter’s) and we’ve found this reishi powder to be not too bitter and easy to drink. We just mix it with water. It doesn’t taste great but you get used to it.
