This stuff is awesome if you’re into amazing trips to the toilet! Stay hydrated and you’ll be in a BM world of pure bliss. I add this to EVERYTHING! I kid you not, it’s great in smoothies, cookies (you heard me), cakes, all the treats, and it makes amazing KETO bread! I am so in love with this product. Sometimes when my husband comes home from the work he accuses me of putting psyllium husk in his work snacks because he had earth shattering experiences in the men’s room. GUILTY!

I have been using this product for about a year now. Initially I used it to lose weight and it works! Instead of having a snack after dinner I take a teaspoon of this when I feel hungry and I have lost well over 20 pounds and have kept it off. The best benefit is I recently had my cholesterol levels checked and my overall cholesterol dropped by 55 points LDL and triglyceride‘s by 50. Amazing!

Fix your “innards” by taking this miracle husk powder at least once a day! Balances everything- IBS, going to often, going to little……this will make things normal. I had always thought it was for people with constipation issues, not so. I would not have thought this would fix my IBS with watery problems, yet it did. What a lifesaver, no seeking dirty rest area bathrooms anymore! My cholesterol has dropped 100 points after a few years of use, and for the first time ever, LDL was in the acceptable range. Hate it if I miss a day, love having a “clean sweep” without smears!

I bought this to cook with following the dietdoctor.com recipes, I am so happy with it! It works perfectly in all the recipes I’ve tried & doesn’t have the off putting purple hue that a lot of psyllium powder does. I HIGHLY recommend it.

This is the BEST psyllium powder! I honestly thought all psyllium powders were about the same – having tried more than one, and that being my experience. I am so pleased that I found and tried this one. It is actually quite tasty! It has a very distinctive nutty taste, with a hint of spice. It’s quite good! And, it works like a dream when used as a bowel cleanse. In fact, I find I use less than other brands. This is definitely my brand, going forward!
