I ordered this shampoo to replace my last bottle of identical product (which was purchased directly from Avalon Organics and used for almost all of last year). This latest bottle purchased through Amazon.ca IS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT! It does not lather nor does it have the same effect on my hair as the original bottle. Am wondering if Avalon Organics bottles are being used to dupe customers with an inferior product inside…buyer beware.

Unfortunately, half the bottle was empty when it arrived. The stopper was off, and shampoo was all over the place when I opened the package. It smells nice, and is a decent shampoo though… I just wish I could have gotten what I paid for, instead of having half of it leaked all over the plastic bag/Amazon box.

Despite its terrible conditioning counterpart, this shampoo is great. It may not seem to thicken my hair but it does cleanse it well and has a thinner formula, which I prefer. It lasts forever and smells quite nice. I have no complaints and would buy it again.

I waited until I finished the first bottle before reviewing this product.
I noticed that my hair has more body in it after washing . Today my hairdresser
said that my hair is softer and not dry and he also noticed that it is fuller. Told him
I used this new shampoo.
Therefore, I recommend this product for all the above reasons.

シャンプーは、もう数年こちらを使わせてもらっています。大きいサイズがあるので助かっています。ボトルによりシャンプー濃度が違う時がありますが市販のシャンプーは合わないので良しとします◎

やはり戻ってしまうのは機能性の評価とコスパで香りも自然なハーブ系で小さい泡ですすぎ楽。
前回初めて濃度がゼリー状になっていて気になった。洗った直後がバサバサ気味だがトリートメントでOK

コストコで購入して使い始めたら、家族中きにいって、コストコに買いに行ったがもう見つからない。仕方ないのでアマゾンで購入。たいして価格は変わらない。

ボトルの栓が緩んでいてシャンプーが漏れていた。気泡緩衝材（bubble wrap)がまかれていたが、ビニールで密包装されておらず外にまで漏れてしまっていた。
シャンプーとは別の発送業者の問題です。
