I absolutely love this diffuser. It does not humidify, is mobile and gives out a strong scent. I use it at work and home. Great little unit. Sometimes wish it would go longer than 2 mins then off for a minute but I love it nonetheless.

The diffuser works well, but the glass cap is hard to manage and it broke while taking it off after one use. I’m a rather cautious person, so it’s quite irritating to be super careful and have something like that crack. I contacted customer service and the person didn’t budge on finding a suitable solution. I’m stuck on having to pay for a replacement on a new diffuser that is already expensive. Not very happy with the service…
UPDATE March 13, 2018 – I contacted the seller three weeks ago through the Amazon website to ask about the return procedure and I got a quick reply by a manager who offered me a new glass for free instead of returning the diffuser. I accepted and the package arrived yesterday. I had a better customer service through Amazon than through Organic Aromas own website. The diffuser works great at a good range in a 80ft square room.

I’m not sure if this product was defective or not but it was hardly producing any vapor at all. Like i couldn’t see anything coming out of the glass. Made the faintest smell which was hardly recognizable even with my nose right on top of it. I have secured the oil glass as per instructions. The glass lid also came broken. Very disappointed with this purchase, waste of time and money. I have returned the product back to Amazon for a refund.

Just arrived, and accidentally turned it on without having the oil receptacle even in (found that odd) but it was nice it came with some charge. Placing the glass receptacle into the base freaked me out, as you have to push more than I expected, and it was slightly terrifying when removing it as you have to use a decent bit of force to get it out. It looks pretty good, but the glass was slightly scratched as seen in one photo (ignore my greasy fingerpint)
The unit does run quite a bit louder than an ultrasonic diffuser (moreso as it gets low on oil) ~35dB – 47dB as it gets low and hisses (which you can hear in the video I linked) as vs ~28dB – 32dB for my diffuser. The nebulizer is audible easily 10 feet away. The hum in the background for reference is a fairly quiet computer fan.
It pulses on for two minutes, and off for a minute as it says which I wish was configurable. I’d recommend keeping an eye on it, as it won’t know it’s out of oil, which I doubt it is a problem as it’s quite low voltage but am worried it might result in a problem further down the road.
Too be honest, it threw my oil (tested with balsam fir) so easily in a 20’x20′ that I doubt I would run this more than 15 minutes at a time. It smelled great and had no plastic scent due to the glass receptacle vs. plastic used in diffusers.
I recommend it if you’re not going to try use it while sleeping, if you are you might want to get a quiet ultrasonic unit or place this in an alcove with some sound dampening foam or fabric.
I’ll update this if I encounter troubles with the glass, or the unit charging.

This is the third diffuser i’ve bought from them (for myself & friends). Though they cost a little more, they are high quality products made with safe materials, and they don’t use heat or water.
