ホワイトニング効果はそれなりですが、そこそこ綺麗になった気がします。
味も美味しく、日本の歯磨き粉よりもたっぷり付けてしまいます。
歯磨きの後が気持ちいいです。

I’ve been very happy with this toothpaste. Great flavor, and great cleaning power compared to a lot of big-brand pastes that are filled with all kinds of junk. This is pretty affordable too, compared to a lot of healthy pastes on the market. I ordered 6 extras just to take with me when I travel in my checked luggage.

Been using the stuff for a few years now and I’m pleased with the results. Gentle on the gums, taste is not too bad and it does whiten. I prefer this as a regular go to over Fluoride based toothpaste any day. Interesting enough the local food market sells packs of gum with xylitol. With so many different brands out there these days, this company has been consistent and a good bargain.

We switched to this refreshmint toothpaste years ago to get away from the the fluoride & SLS. It takes a little more of it on the brush to have that minty clean taste when I’m done, but I love how my mouth feels clean without the irritation from the foaming agents, etc

ホワイトニング効果はあまり分かりませんがかなりスッキリするなっていう印象はあります。
ミント味が苦手なので心配でしたが、つける量にもよりますがそんなに辛くなかったです。
味の1番近い例えで言えば歯医者さんの味です。
歯の型をとる時に噛む青色のやつ…（説明下手でごめんなさい）の味がします。
分かりやすい例えで言えば強めのミント味のガムを一瞬口に入れて出したくらいの味ですw
唯一改善するならば歯磨き粉だけで自立しないのでそこだけどうにかなればなって思いました。市販の歯磨き粉スタンドにハマる大きさでもないので…歯磨き粉を吊るすと良いんじゃないかなと思います！

I’m going to focus mainly on the health benefits of switching from fluoride to xylitol. Other reviewers have covered taste etc.
Fluoride was considered toxic waste by the government until around 1930. If you google “fluoride toxic waste” you will get a deluge of information. There are two types of fluoride. There is organic fluoride found in fruits and veggies, and there is chemical fluoride which is a chemical by-product of aluminum manufacturing. they are chemically different and occur in drastically different quantities. Chemical fluoride used to be illegal to put into water and was very expensive to dispose of. Then the study came out showing the ion bonded to teeth and prevented cavities. The industry had found the perfect way to cheaply dispose of the chemical – dump it in our drinking supply! Fluoride IS a chemical. It IS carcinogenic. It is poisonous to our body. If you ingest too much you WILL go into toxic shock, because it IS toxic. In fact there is a warning on every tube of toothpaste, just like alcohol or cigarettes! How much poison do you want to put into your body exactly? How much is toxic poison is too much?
Tests have shown xylitol to be just JUST as effective at protecting and regenerating tooth enamel as fluoride. But xylitol can also be ingested in huge quantities. The amount in toothpaste is nothing. It is approved for use in many food products. It is a sugar alcohol derived from either corn or the bark of the birch tree. Our bodies also produce xylitol; in other words it is a natural part of our bodies ecology already!
So that is why I choose xylitol over fluoride. Hope that helps!

I buy it all the time. I did not want to use fluoride toothpaste anymore, but was afraid to make the jump because I like the whitening, foaming, and taste of the Colgate I used for years. I was extremely pleased with this toothpaste! The foaming is great and the taste is awesome! It has some natural whitening agents, but doesn’t whiten quite as well as the Colgate–2 out of 3 ain’t bad. So in between dental cleanings I occasionally use turmeric powder (from capsules) to whiten. It stains your toothbrush for a while, and is a little bit spicy on the gums, it but works, and that’s all that matters to me.
