Been using this in my smoothies. Have been happy with the product. It’s clean and well packaged to begin with. The bag seals without any issues so the seeds stay fresh time after time. I feel full and can go on for many hours without getting hungry after a smoothie containing these flax seeds, and 7 or fruit and vegetables in my smoothies.

I used these seeds to make hair gel and they worked perfectly. I boiled about a cup of seeds in two cups of water. I then strained the gel from the seeds using pantyhose and put the gel in a glass jar along with a bit of jojoba oil and essential oils. The perfect homemade hair gel. It keeps in the refrigerator for about a week.

I use this for flaxseed gel. This is the first time I have done this, but it gels up nicely even though I use a microwave.

These Flax Seeds seem to be super fresh and are great tasting. I use them in breads and homemade granola. Flax Seeds (I prefer buying them whole rather than the already milled stuff) are very good for you and are a good source of dietary fiber. I believe the NOW brand is a good value and am glad I was able to find them on Amazon.com
