Ok to swallow but this brand is not as good as last one I purchased and had been using for 6 months. I could definitely feel the difference, a bit foggy. I don’t like it one bit. Going back to my other brand even it’s more expensive.

One of the best Ginkos there is. But I purchased from Amazon(not 3rd party) And even though the product info states 240 capsules, as these have been sold for years in a “Two for One” pack, Amazon is splitting them and only shipping ONE bottle that clearly states “TWO FOR ONE” on it. Order from Vitacost or elsewhere until Amazon stops shipping only half the order.

This is such a great product to take, and especially from such a reputable company as Jarrow.
I suffer from Tinnutus. It is not serious. But that annoying ear ringing is sometimes at its worst when I’m stressed. I have been taking different brands of ginkgo biloba and some helped, some didn’t. I can attest that I definitely feel a difference with these from Jarrow. My frequency of Tinnutus and also strength of it is highly diminished.
Moreover, I bruise very easily. Everything seems fine with my blood work, but the bruising is ridiculous. With these supplements, I can tell you that it helps with the healing part and I don’t bruise easily. This supplement is a must for me.
If you are experiencing similar ailments, I would definitely recommend for you to try these. Also, when taking these I don’t experience any stomach issues and I take it as directed.

Since my last order… price jumped 25%…
time to find another product or a cheaper source…
I have been taking Jarrow Lutein for over 5 years.. tried another product .. went back to Jarrow.
So when my ENT said I had reduced blood flow in my brain due to “more birthdays” lol.
I had heard about Ginko Biloba for years but never took it.
Did some reading about side effects and then went looking for products.
After seeing Amazon’s choice, I looked to see if Jarrow had Ginko Biloba.
I read the ingredients and ordered it.
After less than 1 week, my senior moments all went away and my recall was better.
My wife now also takes it and has better recall.
other brands may work but in my books, Jarrow has one good product (lutein) and now another, Ginko Biloba.
Personally, I don’t believe the more expensive something is the better the product, but find the best product that works for you. Jarrow has reasonably priced products.
I have a supplement cocktail that i tweak as needed and only take medications when needed and eat whole foods and take certain supplements to optimize my health.
