Capsules should be taken with a liquid otherwise they are difficult to swallow.
Turmeric is a well known anti-inflammatory and I find it helps my arthritic joints
It also has a good effect on brain functioning and I’m sure I think more clearly after taking these Turmeric capsules.

I am usually skeptical about trying things like this bought online vs prescriptions from doctors. However, I’ve been through physical therapy, chiropractors, pain meds, and anti-inflammatory drugs many times. I have issues with my neck and hardly being able to turn it to one side as a result of bone spurs and arthritis. My prescription anti-inflammatory meds just weren’t working and I was getting really frustrated. I figured it’s cheap enough to give this a try. I did, twice a day, and what a difference. Yes, there’s still pain, but I can literally turn my neck more now than I could when I was taking prescription meds. I can actually turn my head when driving to switch lanes! Sounds funny, but wait till you can’t do it and see how great it feels when you can again. Like I said, it doesn’t take all the pain away, but I don’t believe there’s anything out there that will do that. It does however, make it manageable without high cost prescription meds though.

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and it works wonders for my Pain & Inflammation .I have been using for almost YEAR now and referring so many people(NO SIDE EFFECTS THAT I’VE NOTICED)!! I took a month before I could feel results but it after that I had tears in my eyes from getting so much relief. I truly thank God for this product!!!!!! Anyone suffering please give it and try. I have also been without menstrual cramps for a year as well . VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! and awesome price for the amount of pills you get.
