This is great stuff!!!
Our son has ADHD (executive function disorder) We tried medications but they seemed too much for him. We were never happy with any that we tried. We saw another supplement that contained L Theanine and it was ok for him but it was toooo nasty and he can’t swallow a capsule.
So we went through 3 different chewable L Theanine supplements that worked a little but we weren’t sure about quality as the effects were not impactful or lasting —-until we came across this one!
It’s made a huge impact and we’re so so thankful! He takes 1 in the morning and if needed, another 1 in the afternoon.

These work very well. My daughter and I both have major anxiety issues and we are able to real in our tough moments with these. They have been great and they are non addictive and do not cause hormonal issues.

I just started using L-Theanine recently and found that it really keeps me relaxed in a natural way. I don’t feel drowsy at all. I am one who has suffered from anxiety but I have been much calmer and with clarity of mind.

The product seems fine but this is the second bottle I have received with at least one tablet missing and a piece of one along with a decent amount powder in the bottom of the bottle.
I strongly recommend counting them when you receive the bottle to verify you’re receiving the correct amount.
Update 6/22/18-I counted the latest delivery and discovered there are 61 tablets in the bottle.I guess somebody at EZ Melts read my previous review. I’m updating my star rating to 4 because it is a good product.

The best natural product for anxiety and mind chatter. I have gotten numerous patients to use it successfully treat daily and occasional anxiety. I personally take it for calming a busy brain before bed and before diving (fear of drowning). Does not interfere with reaction time and you can drive while taking it unlike prescriptive anti-anxiety medications.
