I can’t live without these! I went from not being able to even move my neck to doing yoga on a weekly basis! They may not work for everyone (I eat super clean and don’t take any Rx meds) but they have done wonders for me! Been taking them for over 4 years now.

My primary care doctor recommended that I take “Turmeric” to help with the pain of osteo-arthritis. Not only did my doctor recommend turmeric, she also mentioned that the Gaia brand was a good company. I found my first bottle at Whole Foods but there are better prices online in terms of the cost. I remember that on Day 5 the pain started to change and on Day 6 it was much improved. I recommend this product to those who live with chronic pain.

This product has worked well for my knee joint pain to the point that I’m no longer taking prescription Aleeve! Only caution would be to take after meal and drink plenty of water.
