I brought this to use in hair products as aloe vera juice is very moisturizing and works wonders on my dry curly hair. I mix it with water and some oils in a spray bottle and use it every night; I wake up to soft, moisturized,shiny, healthy curls. I love that it does not have to be refrigerated too!

Better value to buy the bigger one as I had done before, but not sure if that was available at the time or I needed it sooner than they could deliver. Anyway all round good stuff for your overall health. I bought it for overacidity and I.C. and it helped.
