I purchased this to help combat acid reflux based on the positive reviews here and elsewhere online. I drink 1-1.5 ounces of this from a shot glass once or twice a day and it has greatly reduced my acid reflux. My doctor had prescribed Protonix after diagnosing me with GERD and possibly a small hiatal hernia. I took the Protonix for about 2 months and it helped, but decided to ween myself off of it after becoming aware off all the adverse side effects associated with proton-pump inhibitors (PPIs) like Protonix. My acid reflux flared-up periodically after being off the Protonix for a while and I started using over-the-counter antacids to provide relief. Since I have been using the Lily Of The Desert Aloe Vera Juice, my acid reflux has been almost nonexistent and I feel great. A few friends/relatives suffering from acid reflux have tried this and experienced similar results. Additionally, one person also said that it helped them with their hemorrhoids. Although I first discovered Lily Of The Desert Aloe Vera Juice here on Amazon, I have since also found it in the vitamin supplement section of my local grocer and sometimes purchase it there. Wherever you get it, I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from acid reflux!!!

I got this for my acid reflux — drink some every morning with lemon and apple cider vinegar. it tastes gross, but it has been an enormous help. What i hadnt anticipated was the improvement in my complexion and hair. Well worth the unpleasant taste.

I use this pretty much exclusively on my hair in my deep conditioning routine and as a leave-in. It makes my hair so soft and manageable!

I actually use this to keep my hair moisturized. However, it’s not something I can just leave in the bathroom. It MUST stay in the fridge, so it’s a walk from the bathroom to the kitchen and back, but hey, that’s not what it was designed for, so I can live with it.
