I am in love with the products from MaryRuth’s!! My daughter has been using the B12 for about 2 weeks and she LOVES it. She is a freshman in college and is finding it more rigorous than expected. Especially with all of the late nights studing. She was lethargic and having trouble with brain fog. She had never had this issue before, so she started drinking way too much Red Bull in order to stay awake. There are so many horrible ingredients in that product, so I decided to research healthy ways to help her with the symptoms. I found this product and love that the only ingredient in it is B12. I also love that it is from a mother-daughter company and not a huge conglomerate. I’m extremely pleased with this high quality supplement. It is a product I will definitely continue to buy for my daughter.

I am a father of three. I recently purchased your B 12 spray. I am a Maryland Waterman, so I’m up at 2 am and sometimes don’t get to bed untill 10 or 11 pm. So I run on little sleep and my job requires alot of tough, physical work and to stay focused. I was struggling with just coffee and multi vitamins alone. So I figured I’d give your product a try after reading all the good reviews on Amazon. Let me tell you I’m glad I did. My energy and focus has done a 180. I’m able to provide for my family, and come home and play with the kids. Instead of snoozing on the couch not being able to be the Dad I’m able to be now. Thank you soooo much!!!! Also the kids love the spray and taste. Looking forward to try more of your products.

My system does not absorb B-12 through my digestive track so, I am prescribed injections. I recently purchased a bottle of your Organic Liquid Spray B12 on Amazon to use as a sublingual alternative to injections. And I must say, simply from the burst of energy I received, that your product is fantastic!! I look forward to my next B12 level check with the doctor, to confirm if this product can indeed be used as a viable substitute for injections, as I suspect it may. However, until that I time, I will continue to use this product daily as each time I use it I repeatedly have a burst of energy . Also, I love the convenience of the spray bottle as compared to sublingual droppers which I have used in the past on other supplements.

Pernicious anemia runs in my family. I was having all B12 deficiency symptoms including, chills, extreme weakness and complete exercise intolerance….. because i went off if my usual costly brand of B12. When I saw this product, how conscientious they seemed regarding purity and pricing, I went for it. It took one week of 4 sprays/day plus taking Progressive Labs B12) intrinsic factor (needed to carry B12 to your cells) for the horrible bone fatigue, chills, weakness to subside! The people behind this product seem very genuine and send AMAZING emails. Mary Ruth’s….The only request I have is would you please somehow include intrinsic factor in your B12 so we don’t have to get it from another company?

I just wanted to share what a gem I’ve found in this supplement!
I was feeling “off” for a while and couldn’t quite put my finger on it. I had changed my diet, cutting out potential aggressors such as gluten, soy, corn, sugars, etc., and felt better, but still had foggy memory, slight balance issues, and moodiness. At first I chalked it up to the changes I had made, and how my body was just adjusting to these. After a while, I noticed that my lips became very dry and chapped (sort of when you go into the snow in deep winter – something that I should never experience in balmy Miami!). I knew something was wrong.
After doing some internet research, I discovered that this (and the other symptoms I mentioned) could be due to vitamin B12 deficiency. I decided to continue researching and came across your product. I figured it was worth a shot, and couldn’t hurt even if I self-diagnosed wrong.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received and tried the product. It was easy to add to my morning routine and tasted great. After a couple of days, my lips began to heal and my other symptoms slowly faded away. I feel so much better! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!
