I have been taking this on and off for a few years now, and decided this item finally deserved a review. A few months ago, i stopped taking it ( for no reason, other then me forgetting) i started to notice how i was always tired, no matter how much sleep i would get, i had no energy, would sleep through my alarm than on top of that i caught the flu, ( first time in my 45 yrs, believe it or not ) it just didn’t make sense to me. one night before bed, i went into the fridge, saw the chlorella and took some, woke up the next morning feeling like a million bucks. Took more that morning, had so much energy, wasn’t tired at all, got to work and ordered some more. following day i ran out,here i was tired again, slept through my alarm. I hate to say but Amazon’s shipping has slowed down drastically so i ordered from another site and it will arrive today as Amazon still hasn’t shipped it yet. This is the only reason for the 4 stars. If you have never tried Chlorella, give it a try, it will really change your life!

This is a great detoxifer and so good nutritionally. I use it to make smoothies.I think using a powder in a smoothie is absorbed better than taking a tablet. It has given me more energy and made me feel healthier.
