Well, that plan worked. Now I get the same product at a slightly reduced price at no extra delivery charge. Can’t go wrong! Very happy!

Very good for skin problems. just take 2 capsules on an empty stomach. Its good for skin problems and helps control acne. But use only once or twice a week. Donot take it on a regular basis. Regular consumption may give side effects . Also use the organic india beautiful skin and shatavari capsules. They are also very good based on my personal experience. And u can also try falxseed oil for glowing moisturised skin. But flaxseed oil have no comparison to omega 3 capsules. Trust me omega 3 performs 10x better than flaxseed oil.
