While the product itself seems OK I was flabbergasted when I got the product and saw the packaging. All the more egregious from a company claiming to be concerned with the environment! The item is wrapped in plastic (which one could potentially understand for safety reasons) and then wrapped in a cloth bag. Because of its diminutive size the bag is essentially useless. So I will be immediately throwing it out where it will end up in landfill. No reason for this useless, tiny bag. Worse still, It’s not free but worked into the price of the item so I paid for it! This kind of waste makes one wonder if the company’s other claims about the efficacy of the product and its organic nature are true.

I liked this product at first, however the pump broke when I went to use it for only the third time. I’m not sure if it was damaged in transit, but the pump seems to be poor quality, which is unfortunate because that was a large part of why i chose to buy the product. The product itself is nice, like any other fractionated coconut oil, however I can’t look past the faulty packaging. I would probably choose another option, especially if packaging is important to you.

The reason I bought it is for my 3month old baby that has a severe eczema, when I read the reviews at Amazon I took the risk to try it. It is non greasy and easy to absorb in the skin and most of all doesn’t have that awful smell of the coconut. I love it and seems working on my son’s body and face. Now, my husband is starting to use it too for his hair. I would highly recommend to try this product.

We have had a persistent problem of dry scalp for a while now. We have tried many products to make sure the scalp is well moisturized. Nothings works except coconut oil and Purador has been amazing.
We just heat a few pumps of this and apply it to the scalp a few hours before washing it. And in couple of washes our scalp started feeling so moisturized. And the dry skin, which used to appear within a day of hair wash, now it does not come back atleast for 4 to 5 days.
Best part is, it never solidifies, this way you can use it in winters too without having to heat it.
Plus the oil smells amazing and not too coconuty.
We we definitely be ordering more.

I really like this oil compared to some of the others ive tried. This one seems to leave hair less greasy, a little goes a long way. I alessi use it fir my daughter to help with tangles and I use it on her hair to protect against”swimmer’s hair”. There’s no scent to it which i’m not use to but no biggie but with the mention because I le a lot scent of coconut 🙂
For reference my hair is frizzy end of things but this helps kick in moisture and gives me nice wave to hair. Only con for us is the pump, it kinda gets everywhere unless you tilt the bottle and gently pump (hard to keep a 10 year old pumping this way, also she obviously has smaller hands.
