Not entirely convinced by this whole magnate baloney, however, as a muscle roller, can’t fault this at all.

It is the same model as is used by the Chiropractor called Mondragon on YouTube…and I can certainly vouch for its quality.

For usage tips, I would suggest watchin the Mondragon channel.as she certainly seems proficient in its use. And although I would have thought you could utilise this on your own for certain muscles, this is certainly better administered by a 3rd party as is rather excellently highlighted in Mindragon’s content (FYI – I neither know nor am I being sponsored to say this by the Mondragon channel)

Word to the wise though, although the roller head appears to be accurate in size compared to the Amazon posting, the handle appears a little narrower than I would have imagined.

No matter, the materials are all of the highest quality and I can feel the satisfying pop when the bones/tendons return into place as my partner rolls it up and down my back.

Good product, proficient in its design spec, and well made…pay the extra, it’s worth it entirely as this thing appears to me as if it will last a lifetime.

My whole family fights for this tool and is sold out everywhere. I’m trying to buy it as a gift for my relatives because its always in such high demand.
It gets right between the shoulder blades and doesnt hit the spine either.
