This is a preliminary review as I just opened the package. However, right off the bat, there is no instruction booklet, no measuring cup, and no cleaning brush. The only reason I know those items should be in there is because I was looking for online instructions and came across an “unboxing.” video of the same product. Not sure if i received a returned item or what but there is some residuals in the bottom of the basin as well. I’m thinking i may have received a returned item that was never quality checked.

Anyhow, I’ve been wanting to get a diffuser for a while and saw the great reviews on this one. That, along with the fact that I have more money than time (though not much of either), I’m going to forgo returning it; at least for now . I sure hope Victsing’s functionality QA is better than their packaging QA.

Update 3-6-2018

So I used the Victsing 500ml I received almost as soon as I got it and it functioned just fine. I have been using it at least 2-3 times a week since I received it.

More interestingly, my review was read by a staff member at Victsing. I received an email a couple days after my initial review from their customer support. In the email they said that a mistake must’ve been made. I imagine Amazon may have mishandled a returned item. Anyhow, they (Victsing) also said would ship a new 500ml diffuser (identical to my order). It also stated that I would not need to return the original purchase.

I was/am pretty impressed with Victsing’s proactive customer support. 4 days ago, on 3-1, I received a BRAND NEW Diffuser with documentation, measuring cup, and cleaning brush. I now have a diffuser for my living room and for the bedroom and both seem to work great!

I am very satisfied with the product and more than satisfied with their customer service. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone reading this. I am upgrading my initial rating from 2 to 5 stars. If any issues should arise with my products, I will update here again.

I received the product sooner than expected which was great as I was very excited to use my first ever electric oil diffuser. It worked perfectly at first try and hoping it will last for a long time. There were so many electric diffusers in the market and after reading reviews and watching review videos, I’ve decided to purchase this product. I’m convinced I’ve made the right choice. It’s decorative, and big, but very quiet. As soon as it started misting, my 4yo daughter said it looks like a volcano. With few drops of my essential oils, the fragrance filled the bedroom within seconds.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the product came without the measuring cup and without the cleaning brush. It’s not really a big deal as I can easily find substitutes which are things that are already here in the house, but with the price I paid, I would have appreciated it if it came as a complete set as advertised. Also, when I checked the tank, there seemed to have dried circular patches at the bottom which I one woud probably imagine as oil residue. I don’t want to think this product is already a used, but it crosses my mind. With the pandemic and quarantine imposed in my side of the world, I would rather keep the product than demand for an exchange. Anyway, it’s working perfectly.
