These have made a big difference in my digestion. I had constipation issues for a long time and since I have started taking these supplements that is no longer an issue. I also feel like I have more energy. I will definitely continue taking these.

This product has a warning on the the back not shown in the description on Amazon
It says
WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
I looked this up and apparently this seems to have lead in it. Lead is toxic and this is supposed to help remove heavy metals such as lead.. why it would contain lead and why it was not mentioned in the description I do not know
But it seems this product review is very biased as well because it looks like a lot of these high ratings were due to people receiving free or discounted product.
I also asked the question of why this label is there and what chemical it contains and was never answered.

I love these! Was introduced to them two years ago by a friend who found them in TJ Max for half this price and we started taking them and noticed the differences in our bodies. I didn’t put these in a smoothie or anything but that’s a better option if you don’t like strong distinctive tastes but they are easy to take down with a big gulp of whatever you’re drinking. I noticed that my body really liked these & in a way would hydrate my body. Idk but I highly recommend for women because first thing I noticed was how much better intimacy was due to my body being super hydrated from these.
