Love this. I mix it in orange juice right before bed and it does a amazing job. I noticed a huge difference since taking this. Makes u feel full longer and helps with regularity. Ok, this is a touchy subject so lets be subtle. I had some high cholesterol readings despite that I am 168lbs and pretty fit for a half century. I decided to add fiber to mop up those nagging fat blobs in my blood stream and it seams to have worked, my readings went from 240ish a few years ago to 220isn and more recently 205ish. Interestingly I have also noticed that your exit system is super happy and consistent. To put is subtly I virtually don’t need TP anymore… My theory is that the fat molecules or the greasy stuff is mopped up and bonded to the waste and wow! your clean and clear.

Here in Japan was hard to find out a protein powder which wasn’t made out of soy. Very clean and good for my body, I am allergic to gluten, dairy and soy.

I am diabetic and sometimes I need to quell my hunger with a low carb snack and this is just the trick. Originally purchased at Costco but happy to find on amazon when Costco ran out. I mix in ground flaxseed, super green food powder, turmeric and black pepper, a tad of stevia, and chia seeds with unsweetened coconut milk to make a delicious and low carb meal that does not elevate my blood sugar yet gives me the protein I need and the benefits of the other ingredients I add.

I’ve taken this throughout my pregnancy to help with my protein intake. With all the food aversions I had, getting ANY protein in was next to impossible since I couldn’t stomach even the organic chicken and farm raised stuff I ate before. Since watching What The Health documentary, I’ve decided to cut out animal products entirely. This powder is now helping me increase my milk production as I breast-feed and transition to a more plant based diet. I’ve had no issues with low milk production and on days when I double my servings of this, I get even more milk! I don’t know what all to cook for a vegan diet, but I’m learning. I feel like having this drink as a supplement is preventing me from missing out on the protein I would be if I didn’t have it right now.

I have to be honest, I bought this product comparing it to the original Organfi it was a lot cheaper, and it definitely taste that way too. I’m going to stick it out, because I bought it and I like the fact that the person who designed it had to go through cancer so I’m sure they put a lot of thought process in their ingredients ! Also it says to use two scoops, there wasn’t a scooper in the container LOL

it takes good and smells good. It doesn’t taste like typical protein shake. It’s really good blended with fruits and nuts.

First of all…I’ve tried other Vegan protein powders before–I’ve used to take one that was made from mushrooms and that one was fine. This one, however, tastes so bad I actually almost vomited (I have a pretty strong stomach, only been nauseous a few times in my life so this was awful). I hadn’t done enough research on this, and once I looked back at the poor ratings of this protein powder more extensively, and a lot of people had a similar reaction, along with stomach bloating, which I haven’t noticed, but I’ve only used it twice so far, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to do that again.I also saw the Clean Label Project mentioned on another Vegan Protein Powder review and realized I didn’t check this before I bought this. This protein powder only has a 2 out of 5 stars because of the presence of Arsenic/Mercury and Cadmium/Lead which is terrifying to me. Definitely not buying this again!!!!

very good improved formulation, nice flavour but a bit subjective I guess. Expensive yes, but good value if your training or wanting to take a wide variation of healthy nutritional supplements.

I’ve been putting the recommended amount in a small portion of tomato or cranberry juice, which makes it very palatable. I’ve been remiss in taking it every day, so can’t speak honestly to the health benefits. However, the taste and smell is mild and it’s an easy way to get extra antioxidants and vitamins. I plan to continue to use and my goal is to establish a daily routine. This seems like a very high quality product and I will purchase again.

I first love the KOS Protein so I decided to give the wheatgrass powder a try when I saw it online. This mixes us well and doesn’t clump, there is no nasty after taste either which is a bonus. I add it to things or I sometimes have it in just a cup of water if I haven’t taken my dose for the day.I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to boost their immune system and complete the micronutrients they intake daily. The kicker is that this is organic and made in the USA, doesn’t get any better than that. Give this a try and keep the products coming guys!

I had a shot of wheatgrass once and the taste was just way too bad to justify drinking it everyday. However, since I really like Kos’ vegan protein powder, I decided to give this a try. The taste isn’t like lawn grass you would expect, but its an interesting flavor that resembles a little bit of matcha green tea. It tastes amazing with my protein smoothies, oatmeal, and other even just drinking it by itself. Great product and I already feel healthier after tryign it for a couple days.

Works great for my wife! She has had serious complications ever since her gall bladder was removed. This product taken once daily coupled with Now Foods Digestive Enzymes capsule at every meal, and a good, once daily GNC women’s probiotic supplement have cured her bile gastritis, poor nutrient absorption issues, and chronic bile diarrhea. As long as she takes these regularly her digestion is “normal” like it was before her gall bladder was removed. She was on several bile binding prescriptions for several years previous to trying her current regimen. They were expensive had serious negative side effects and were very expensive. The prescriptions did not work anywhere nearly as well as the three OTC products she uses now.Acacia fiber doesn’t ferment in your stomach if you have gastroporesis (slow emptying stomach) like my wife got from botched gall bladder surgery that caused stomach (Vagus) nerve damage. All of the grain based fibers will ferment in your stomach making MASSIVE amounts of gas which causes lots of pain and discomfort. Grain based fiber products also irritate your gut if you are sensitive to gluten and other grain proteins/compounds. A lot of people don’t realize they are allergic to gluten/grain. Read the book Grain Brain for more info.One thing to note if you are in the same boat as my wife with post gall bladder removal syndrome. Patience is your friend. It will take 2-4 weeks of regular use of whatever combination of supplements and digestive aids that YOU FIGURE OUT WORKS FOR YOU. We figured it out by trial and error and many hours spent reading internet articles, web forum posts, Amazon product reviews, etc…The medical “professionals” we have had to deal with during this little slice of our lives have been ignorant at best or dangerous hindrances at worst.

I have taken this for about a month now and I am definitely impressed. It has made a huge difference in my gut and has reduced my bloating down to nearly nil! Will absolutely be buying it again!

ラベンダーの香りが好きなので、整髪料含め、なるべくラベンダーの香りがするものを身につけています。ただ、体質的に肌が弱く、市販のシャンプーだと頭皮が荒れるのですが、こちらを一本使ってみたところ荒れなかったのでリピート購入しました。香りの強さは自然で、洗ってるときはしっかり香り、流して髪を乾かした後は髪の毛に鼻を付ければ香る程度になります。

アミノ系シャンプーなので、トリートメントを使わないと当然きしむ感じはありますが、精油の自然な香りで、洗いあがりも気持ちが良いです。ケミカルな添加物の多いシャンプーを使うと湿疹が出る体質なのですが、こちらの商品は大丈夫でした。オススメです。

まずは香りがカバのＣＭでお馴染みのうがい薬にそっくり。少量で泡立ちますが、念入りに流さないとヌルつきます。髪の状態が良くなる訳でもないのでリピは無しです。

泡立つのですが、水みたいでシャバシャバなのが気になります。ピンクのシリーズの方が好みでした。キシむので他のメーカーのトリートメントでカバーしています。

花粉の時期に肌が敏感になってしまい、刺激の少ない化粧水を探していて辿り着きました。お値段も割と手頃だし、試しにと思い購入。結果、とてもよかった！ぴりぴりしないし、春夏にちょうどいいさっぱり具合。でもしっかり内側からうるおう気がします。購入後、ボトル裏の 日東電化工業(株) という会社名が気になり調べてみると、金属表面処理加工の会社。要するに、金属イオン＝ミネラルを研究してきたノウハウを活かした化粧品作りをされているそう。この化粧水は、美肌の湯と言われる温泉に共通して含まれているミネラル成分を配合しているそうです。他の商品も試してみたくなりました。

長年ランコムを愛用していて別に不具合があるわけでもないのですが年もとってきたし、ずっと同じ物でいいのだろうかと思い切って新しい物に挑戦することにしました。最近、主人も一緒に使い始めました。好評です。こちらの化粧水は使うのは初めてですがとても楽しみです。期待を込めて

違うものを使うと、この商品の良さに気付きます。使っていると何だか肌の調子が良い、という感じです。いくらつけても潤わないような気がするので(実際には肌の調子が良くなるのですが)使い心地の良さを重視される方には向かないと思います。使い心地を向上させる為に無駄なものを入れていないのかもしれんね。毎回気になるのはパッケージです。スリーブつきの箱が、更にフィルムで包まれていますが、開けにくいしゴミも沢山出るのでボトルのみにするか、スリーブのない箱にして欲しいです。

敏感肌で天然ヘチマ水以外は受け付けてなかったのが、酷いアレルギー持ちの人から教えてもらって使ったら少し粘りがありますがとても肌に馴染み私は良かったです

飲むと、体が少し熱くなる感じで効果がありそうなのですが、味や匂いに抵抗を感じてしまいます。

I compared 3 brands of Maqui Powder: Feel Good Organics, Kiva and Terrasoul.Color: The Feel Good Organics powder has the deepest color of the three. It’s a very dark, rich, almost bluish purple. Kiva and Terrasoul are slightly more reddish and a lighter hue but Kiva is the lightest by just a hair. I’m not sure if the deeper color of the FGO powder indicates a higher level of anthocyanins.Taste: Kiva and Terrasoul taste exactly the same in my opinion. They have a berry taste with a faint hint of earthiness. FGO has a stronger, more pure berry taste.Grit: I added enough water to each powder to make a paste and let them sit for a while. Then, I spread them out on the plate to compare how gritty each paste was. They all appeared to be about the same.Price: I paid $11.99 for the FGO powder. Kiva and Terrasoul were bought using Subscribe & Save with a 15% discount for $12.74 and $11.89 respectively.Conclusion: I’m sure all three brands are great and have comparable health benefits but I will stick with Feel Good Organics due to the value, deeper color and better flavor.

This is product that has been ground up into a powder. This is poor because:1. whole berries keep much better. Freeze dried best, then dried berries, then this ground up powder is the most unstable.2. Processing the berries allows adulteration which can happen in a complex supply chain.3. Grinding allows much more mishandling of the product, dirt, blunders, etc.4. Grinding adds to the cost.5. Grinding violates the WFPB (Whole Foods Plant Based) guidance for healthy food.6. Grinding hides spoilage-on-delivery problems and forces the consumers to store an unstable product which may be already spoiled.

I’ve had terrible dry eye for the past 2, 2-1/2 years. I did the heat compress/massage regimen recommended by ophthalmologists last fall and found that it helped some, but my eyes were still dry and scratchy, especially by the end of the day. I read about maqui berry and decided to give it a try to see if it would help.I got relief from the first day I started taking it! I started out by taking capsules, but after a month of that looked for a less expensive alternative and settled on this powder. It works just as well or better than the capsules did at about 20% of the cost; that’s because I figured out right away that the recommended dose of 1 tsp per day is way more than is needed to alleviate dry eye symptoms. I take 1/4 tsp per day and it does the trick. Because I’m not a breakfast person and don’t typically eat in the morning, I just mix the powder into a half glass of water and drink it down. It tends to want to settle out so if you use this method, stir it up several times to keep it suspended.I can honestly say after two months of taking maqui berry, first in the capsules and now in this powder, my eyes feel like they did before the dry eye problem ever started. If you have dry eyes you know how miserable it is; this is definitely worth trying.

I have been buying this product for years and have always found it to be very good until the last delivery. It was completely different. It did not go thick in water, or form a gelatinous consistency, and did not give me any relief at all. It had the texture of fine bran mixed with water. I paid nearly £50 for this and it is total rubbish.

This is the BEST slippery elm I have ever bought by far and I have been incorporating it in my diet for over 20 years. I use it in gluten free recipes and as a milky drink mixed in Rice Dream at night. It’s the mixing that is the fantastic thing. It stirs into the warm Rice Dream without lumping. Excellent value & excellent product.

I used to drink collagen peptides and that helped my hair and nails a TON, but when i became vegan, that of course had to end. I switched over to this and I’m happy to report i haven’t see any decline in my hair/nails. So this works just as good. Or better because I’m not killing animals!

These vitamins are terrific! I was experiencing a LOT of hair shedding and these really have helped. I haven’t noticed my hair getting thicker, but I have noticed a huge reduction in my hair loss. Before these vitamins I was taking a hair, skin, and nails supplement that I bought at the grocery store. I also tried thickening shampoo. This is my second order of this product. I’m not certain if it’s working the way I want it to work – better overall health – but It must be doing some good as I do feel more energetic since taking them. I like the ingredients in it and trust the process.

I have purchased these flax seeds before but never made a review. I love them and how easily they mix with my smoothies. I grind them up in a coffee grinder then add them to my smoothie. I read that when you buy flax seeds already ground up they lose their effectiveness. Anyway, if you let it sit and don’t drink right away, they will thicken the mixture a lot (perhaps too much unless you want pudding.) Anyway I like the flavor of these and how easy it is to store them. I keep these in the freezer after I open them. I am currently using them for breast milk purposes but I generally used them before for general health benefits. Great reliable brand.

The price is excellent for this organic product. You get 2 bags! The expiration date is over 2 years away and it is packaged well. The seeds are uniform,clean and very nutritious. Throw them in oatmeal, vegie loaf or muffins. High fiber so remember to drink lots of water 🙂

買ったばかりなのに、しばらくしてから中身開封したら、クモの巣。ウジ虫。気持ち悪くて食べられないのに、返品期限切れていて、、、。

効果を感じ毎日頂いています。注文してから日本につくまでは予定通りだったようですが日本についてからいつ届くかわからないまま、届く予定の連絡は日本についてから2週間後と常識的ではない連絡で正直不信感を持ちました。

This is a repeat buy for me. I find this brand by Spectrum essential is a very good one. It is organic which is what I am looking for. I take this mainly for constipation but also for the omega 3’s in plant form.When using this flax seed I find I stay regular. If you are having trouble with constipation this is a very good and natural way to remedy it. I add it to any food I am eating cooked or raw. I add it to salads and into smoothies as well. Two tablespoons a day is the amount that I use.You can also add this to pastry recipes before baking like cakes, cookies, muffins, breads, you name it. It will also replace eggs in a recipe. You can google ‘flaxseed, egg replacement’ to find the correct ratio for your recipe or use mine. For each egg, combine 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed (measure after grinding) with 3 tablespoons of water. Stir well, and place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the result should be a sticky egg-like substitute and it’s ready to go!If you are in the market for a quality flaxseed that is organic you cannot beat this one form Spectrum Essentials. I have used to for a long time with great results health wise and in baking recipes.

This was the only thing I added to my food and my blood pressure went from high to normal in 2 weeks. I’m just a guy who did some research because my heart issues. No other changes, I use about 1-2 teaspoons mixed into my food maybe 2 sometimes three times a week. No supplements, no meds except my bayer baby aspirin, this was the only change. I got this for its good fats.

Perfect to regulate digestion. I currently use it mixed with granola in low fat yogurt (didn’t work well for Greek yogurt in my opinion) and when mixed with the granola, it tastes like a fairly light nutty flavor. ふやけさせて飲み込む人は気づかないかもしれませんが、砂利が多すぎて健康面で不安です。本当かどうかわかりませんが、ゴマやチアシードなど固い殻？でおおわれている食品は潰したり噛んだりしたほうが栄養の吸収が良いと聞いたことがあったのでふやけさせた後、口の中で意識して噛んで潰すようにしていました。今まで使っていた定期お得便の商品が切れたためこれに乗り換えたわけですが大失敗です。歯が欠けるかと思うぐらいにガリッときたことがあります。今まで食べてきたチアシードもそのようなことはゼロではありませんがあっても１kg１袋で１回あったか無かったぐらいでした。本品は一食に１回ぐらいはガリッときます。噛むのが怖いです。リピートは絶対に無いです。

1週間分をまとめてふやかして、ヨーグルト、シリアルと混ぜて朝食にしています。大容量のチアシードを購入するのはこれで3回目ですが、この商品は、これ違う種？というような異物もなく、均一にしっかりと膨らみます。これだけの品質なら特にホワイトチアシードにこだわらなくて良さそう。(前回他所で安くで買ったホワイトチアシードは、異様な赤い種？も混じって膨らみも不均一だった)コスパが思った以上に良かったので、次回もリピートするつもりです。

I am a father of three. I recently purchased your B 12 spray. I am a Maryland Waterman, so I’m up at 2 am and sometimes don’t get to bed untill 10 or 11 pm. So I run on little sleep and my job requires alot of tough, physical work and to stay focused. I was struggling with just coffee and multi vitamins alone. So I figured I’d give your product a try after reading all the good reviews on Amazon. Let me tell you I’m glad I did. My energy and focus has done a 180. I’m able to provide for my family, and come home and play with the kids. Instead of snoozing on the couch not being able to be the Dad I’m able to be now. Thank you soooo much!!!! Pernicious anemia runs in my family. I was having all B12 deficiency symptoms including, chills, extreme weakness and complete exercise intolerance….. because i went off if my usual costly brand of B12. When I saw this product, how conscientious they seemed regarding purity and pricing, I went for it. It took one week of 4 sprays/day plus taking Progressive Labs B12) intrinsic factor (needed to carry B12 to your cells) for the horrible bone fatigue, chills, weakness to subside! The people behind this product seem very genuine and send AMAZING emails. Mary Ruth’s….The only request I have is would you please somehow include intrinsic factor in your B12 so we don’t have to get it from another company?

Rope pushes crap through your body, leaves some protein behind, and that’s what it does for you. It isn’t blueberries, and it isn’t sweet and tasty. Negative reviews because something that isn’t supposed to taste great doesn’t taste great is kind of like leaving negative reviews on matches because they catch fire. So much for my rant on people who complain that a product is what the product is supposed to be.With that said, this product is everything hemp should be, and there’s a lot of it. It’s ground to a very fine consistency so it stays suspended in pretty thin liquids. While hemp isn’t supposed to taste good, it could taste worse, and this tastes pretty decent for hemp. It’s a bit grassy, but that’s what hemp is. Mix it with your avocado, a banana, some spinach, and some stevia, and you won’t taste the hemp.You will still feel it in your mouth though, so don’t get too excited. Learn not to try to chew your smoothies and this won’t bother you so much though. It’s fine enough that it doesn’t leave much for residue in your mouth or between your teeth like some other brands do. Add a little more liquid than you would otherwise, because this stuff does dry out your smoothie a bit.You will also stay less hungry for longer periods of time. I also add some chia seed, hemp seed, and some almonds for a full day of protein and something that stays with you just fine till your next meal.Hemp will clean you out, and the size of your poops will drastically increase as it cleans out all the stuff that lags behind in your colon. You’ll feel better and your body will process other foods and nutrients much better, which is particularly good if you are also detoxing at the same time. Your detox will dump it out of your cells into your colon and hemp fiber moves it right out to where it belongs…. flushed!

#1: This isnt designed to be your new go-to yummy. It’s designed to provide you with efficient protein. Whey makes me phlegmy. Soy makes me get horrible reflux-like burps. Meat is not awesome for your colon. Hemp is awesome for your colon. Hemp doesnt make people burp, nor does it make you mucousy. It tastes good enough. If you mix it in a smoothie, it makes your smoothie green. But the other stuff you load into your smoothie should cover that up pretty good. I actually LIKE the taste of it mixed with apple juice.#2 The packaging people seem to have trouble closing. If you can’t close it back, why don’t you put it in a storage container/ mason jar? There’s an easy solution. Don’t let that stop you from trying this. Its about the nutrition, not the package! Sometimes I think people just like to whine about things they can easily fix.I’ve been using this product for a few years now and love it. There are recipes you can find on the internet for using it in cooking/baking, as well as in smoothies. Its good stuff, gives you some protein your body won’t have a hard time using, and its half your daily fiber per serving. You really should try it over the other proteins out there.

届いた時に既に少し開けられていました。それを知らずに箱から出したので、少し中身が溢れました。袋全体も傷だらけで、非常に残念です。

注文した商品→ナチュラルチョコレート味届いた商品→unflavored (プレーン味？)注文した商品が届かないというのは意味がわからないです。期待していただけにとてもショックでした。返品するのも手間だし、届いた商品を処分するのも手間。最悪です。ここでご購入を検討されている方は 注文した味が届くとは限らないことを念頭に置いて注文されると良いと思います。

筋肉をつけるため、はじめてのプロテイン購入です。筋トレ後すぐ飲んでます。やはりプロテインを飲むと筋肉の付きが違いますね。感想です。・味→期待してなかったので、美味しくて驚きました。甘さは外国製なのもあってか、辛党の私には結構甘く感じましたが、水や牛乳の分量である程度調整可能だと思います。他の方のレビューで①袋の締まりが悪い②ダマになるとの書いてあったので実際届いた感想を書きます。①袋は確かに密閉するにはちょっと弱い感じでしたので、来てすぐにジップロックに移し替えました。1kgでMサイズで2.5袋ぐらいでした。入れ替えて一週間ぐらいですがしけったりはしている感じはないです。②SAVASのシェイカーを使いましたが、1カップ分を水で溶かす分には全くダマにならなかったです。しかし、牛乳でやるとどうしてもダマができてしました。美味しく飲みたい人はまず100mlぐらいの水に溶かしてから牛乳を混ぜるとダマにならないのでオススメです。気になった事は保管してる棚から、戸を閉じた状態でも通り過ぎる時に甘い匂いがするので結構香料多いのかなぁと思いました。その他は特に不満はないです。

Great product…. BUT order is sent tracked for some reason and so cannot be delivered unless you are physically in which is not ideal for those who work full time, especially at the moment when the post office is open at limited times.

I have tried different brands of oregano oils and found the Joy of the Mountains to be the best one! I used to drop the oil into water to take it so it’s easier on the taste, but now I can actually drop it straight under my tongue and hold it there for a few seconds, then quickly chase it with water. This is very concentrated, but the potency is good. I have used it for fighting sore throat, cold, flus, canker sores and I’ve even rub it on my arms and legs to ward off mosquitos. The oil helps me to get better quickly and I believe it boosts my immunity as well. I love this product and will take it with me wherever I go!

It’s a high quality product, but I wouldn’t take this straight up as it will leave a burning sensation on your lips and dry them out. It took days for my lips to recover from only a single dose (had to continuously lubricate my lips). You could put them in capsules that will dissolve in the stomach and that would do the trick. I bought one for my mom who was having sneezing attacks and it got rid of them quickly.

Amazing product, my family uses this as the go to if we feel like we may be getting sick, feeling ill or not sure what to do, “take oregano” is our quick fix to any health related things. You can find this product in a lot of different places but ordering here is the easiest and quickest as well as best for value.
